Vision smartlink is a company whose not capable of handling its services.
Their customer support is shameless.
Customer representative sitting there are very rude and disrespectful, they thinks customers are fool!
This is my last ongoing subscription! Then I don’t want to use this vision internet even if they provide free.
People whose doing business using internet plz plz stat away from this pathetic company!

Worst internet service provider in Ahmedabad.
Their customer service is just to humiliate customer by making false promises.
Plz never choose this third class vision smartlink as your broadband connection.

I’m using vision smartlink since last 1 year and probably in this 1 year they would have faced fiber cut at least 20 times.
and every single time they take minimum 2-3 days to solve the issue.
I don’t recommend using this service provider.

No Star at all negative!! They are 100% unprofessional and don’t have any value of their own words. Taken annual subscription and since last Tuesday no service and still having no service. User name bl_joyshona

Every now and then, this service doesn’t provide any solution and keeps disconnecting all the time. I am using this service and now I feel like I am trapped.
Additionally, when you talk to customer care you feel like talking to robot. Whatever you ask or tel,they just keep saying ” 24 hours ma check kariye chhie”.
Smart vision if you want to run the company, at least go through Google and justdial reviews. Can’t recommend it to anyone ever.

We are News Agency we have to providing fastest news as soon as possible
1)These guys has no responsibility to customers
2)They guys don’t even guts to send early messages to customer on under maintenance in our area
3) No doubt on rates they “providing reasonable rates”
4) When we call on customer care they just give us only hope like
1st day – sir we providing you as soon as possible
2nd day – sir we providing you on this evening on surety basis
3rd day – still working
5) We pay for you only for internet service
And they fool and gives service related answers Like customers as taken for granted

These people provide one of the worst Internet services…Every other day my internet stops working…I call them and they resolve in the afternoon…again it stop the next day or the other day…again they resolve….These people work like Robots….There is no one to analyse the problem or to check why the tickets are been created so frequently…No body bothers to get to the root of the problem and resolve the issue once for all….They do not care for the clients…I have hardly had the services working for a week without any issues….I am tired of these people…I tried escalating the issue to the Technical Support Managers but their attitude was same like the support executives who answer your calls…Please do not fall in trap considering cheaper internet…
