The growth of the industry has invited many small business people to come forward and establish their own companies that help them increase their business.Every day we witness brand new Internet service providers joining the community, and they offer you broadband plans and services. However, a lot of new ISP has stepped forward in many villages, and the deep part of the cities, who have taken responsibility to give you internet connection.

Netxss Broadband Review

Among many ISP providers, we have Netxss broadband, who claims to offer quality service with truly unlimited plans. Allow us to deliver Netxss broadband review and their quality.

About Netxss Broadband

Netxss Broadband is a registered company established on 2015 by Manoj Kumar Verma and Poonam Verna in Delhi. The company that operates the business is NetTech Infovision Pvt. Ltd. The Delhi based company has started the Netxss broadband business in Lucknow. The company is known for providing quality of service at affordable prices, and we would like you to know that we are going to compare the price and also their services.Win: The registered company operates the Company under the 1956 Companies Act.
Every ISP like Netxss Broadband should ensure that they have working lines to provide the customers with support that they can rely on it.In the support section, the company did provide the location of the branches, and they also listed the company headquarters. The Netxss Broadband has a branch in Lucknow, and the headquarters located in New Delhi. The Netxss has provided a customer care number that offers help for the existing users. The customer care number is +91- 7887016888.In case, if you want to raise a complaint about sales or enquiry about the sales, then you can call the number for assistance. The sales number is +91- 7887015888.I seriously doubt the infrastructure of the company because it seems like the company does not have dedicated customer support for the users and they don’t seem to provide you with a dedicated landline. The mobile number does tell you that they don’t have a dedicated number for the customer care and they handle the cases themselves.Loss: An Internet service provider should always have a dedicated customer care number to maintain the reliability unless the ISP is a local provider.
Netxss BroadBand ReviewWe are going to take a look at the ISP pricing and the packages they are offering to the new and existing customers. I think it would be right to compare it with other companies as well as the Airtel broadband plans.Note: We are not promoting Airtel broadband, and we would like to inform you that Airtel broadband has flaws as well, and you can learn more about Airtel Broadband review here.Netxss broadbandFair usage policy below 100GB is not even considered, so we are not going to check out their FUP packages.1: Let’s take a look at the entry-level package. For Rs.999, you get 5MBPS Internet speed, and there is no FUP added in the plan.2: For Rs. 1299, you get 10MBPS Internet speed, and there is no FUP added in the plan.3: For Rs. 1699, you get 15MBPS Internet speed, and there is no FUP added in the plan.4: For Rs. 1999, you get 20MBPS Internet speed, and there is no FUP added in the plan.Remember, the company says that you may have to pay an additional amount to cover taxes. On the top, the pricing is only available in selected areas. Now, it’s time to compare it with the Airtel broadband services. We have selected Airtel broadband to compare because they are available in many cities in the Indian Territory.Note: Airtel broadband has different pricing for every State, and we have selected Lucknow.1: By spending Rs.699, you get 40MBPS Internet speed, and the FUP added to the package is 40GB, but you get additional 500GB FUP for new customers. The above is the entry-level package offered by the Airtel broadband. The next one is the highest package offered by the Airtel broadband.2: By spending Rs.2199, you get 300MBPS Internet speed, and the FUP added to the package is 1200GB, but you get additional bonus data 1000GB for new customers.Kindly compare the pricing of NetXss entry-level and highest package to Airtel broadband, and then you can see the major difference between two companies.Winner: Airtel Broadband.
The Netxss broadband has clearly lost the deal because they are charging extremely high for the packages, and they did not even offer competitive prices to the customers. No one denies that Airtel broadband service is bad in several areas in the country, but competitive pricing is necessary for this generation. The company did not mention the types of connection they are providing to the customers.DSL: Digital Subscriber Line could be connections they are providing to the customers. DSL lines cannot transfer more than 16MBPS data, and the highest package of the Netxss does not provide speed more than 20MBPS.Fiver line: The Netxss does not offer Wireless services.Wireless: The Netxss does not offer Wireless services. We know that you have not read the terms and conditions that they don’t hold responsible for low-speed, which makes it clear that you are going to get 20MBPS speed. It is highly possible that you get 16MBPS speed because DSL connection cannot transfer more than 16MBPS per second.
Netxss BroadBand ReviewThe Netxss broadband has disappointed us in many ways. I would like to list them one-by-one to tell you that there are more options than Netxss.1: The Internet speed is sloppy because 20MBPS is highest Netxss can offer. Many home users have multiple devices at their home, and Netflix streaming might become a hassle if you have multiple users.2: The pricing of the packages is the deal breaker. No one should pay Rs.999 for 5MBPS. Honestly, you can get far better offers under Rs.999. Many companies are offering 40MBPS speed with 200GB FUP under Rs.699.3: The TRULY UNLIMTED connection might wonder you, but the Quora user said that there is a FUP to the packages that Netxss does not tell the customers about it. (We cannot confirm this claim.)4: There is no dedicated customer care, which is again another disappointment.5: Above all, they have also not responsible for low-speed. In simple words, if you pay Rs.1999 a month to get a 20MBPS connection, and you get only 5MBPS broadband speed, then they don’t take responsibility for it.They have zero PROS, and we have listed important CONS that is enough to prove that you keep away from Netxss. If you have no other Internet broadband provider in your area, and you can afford to pay for the expensive packages, then go for it.
No one can deny that the packages and the services are not reasonable in the Netxss broadband review. In the year 2018, speed is everything, and the requirement has increased. Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.

Difference between Wireless, DSL, Optical Fiber:
It wouldn’t come as a surprise that consumers cannot tell the difference between DSL, Optic Fiber, and Wireless connections. There’s no shame in not knowing about it because life is a learning process.

Wireless: Currently, many ISP are offering Wireless connections in urban cities to the consumers. The Internet Service Provider eliminates the cable, and he provides you access to the Wifi Internet that router installed near to your house. There are few ISP, who let you use WIFI installed in stores, restaurants, shopping malls, and any place where XXX ISP added their routers in India. The company provides you Login with a password; then you can use it anywhere in India.

DSL: DSL full form is Digital subscriber line, which is the first line that enabled Internet connection possible in India. The DSL connections are spread throughout India, which covers urban cities to villages. The downside of the DSL connection is speed, and 15MBPS is the final Internet speed DSL can offer.

Fiber Optic:Optical Fiber is the next generation technology of DSL. You can say that it is an improved version of DSL, where the Optical Fiber cut the cost to 25% and the maximum speed Fiber can offer is 100MBPS. The downside of Optical Fiber connections is that the infrastructure is limited to urban cities only. While DSL connections are throughout India, so it’s going to take a long time to replace DSL with Optical Fiber.

How we rate Broadband services:
We have mentioned that our reviews come from old customers or existing customer’s feedback and the complaints. We gather data from reputed websites, where customers add their feedback to tell the world about their experience with the ISP. We gather multiple reviews from various sources, then combine them to rate the ISP. Other things go into rating factor like Plans, Price to value, Customer support response, and Problem-solving capacity as well. We follow a pattern that helps us rate the ISP based on their performance and customer feedback. We consider every point, then note down the advantages and downside of the ISP, then we rate them accordingly.
