Airnet Wireless Broadband Review – Internet Plans |

India is moving ahead digitally, and the Internet is a prime source of connectivity in the world today. More than a billion connected and involved in buying, selling, and organising lives from a distance because of the Internet.A person’s online journey is not possible unless he or she has access to a high-speed Internet. Even if the Internet speed is less, the ISP should provide seamless connections that don’t have more than one or two times downtime in a month. We are going to review Airnet broadband, who are promising to provide a seamless wireless Internet connection and our review will help you understand Pricing, Plans, Compare, Service, and overall worth of Airnet wireless broadband.Airnet Wireless Broadband ReviewFirst, we are going to list features, services, and the offers the company is providing to the existing and new customers; then we will compare it to other ISP in the region.
Airnet wireless broadband ServicesFirst, let’s look at some of the services the company offers to the customer.Wireless Broadband: The company is known for their wireless internet connections, and the customer can access the Internet on multiple devices with one login credentials. The company claims that they have a powerful radio waves network that allows them to transmit power waves of bandwidth, so you can play games on PSP, PC games, and watch videos seamlessly.Playing more multiple games on Play station or PC requires a powerful internet connection for lag-free gaming. It has proven that only home WIFI networks that are wired with cable have the power to transmit such waves for lag-free gaming.Leased Lines Connections for Corporates: We assume that you are already aware of the leased line connections for companies. The connection is permanent, and the uptime is 99.99% claimed by the Airnet wireless connections. One leased circuit can help the corporate companies to communicate from long to short distance with ease.Overall, they have served & offering a quality package to the corporate companies. Airnet internet broadband does not have more broadband offers than the above two.

Support

Airnet Wireless broadband supportProbably, this is where the game changes. The company located in Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001 and they are responsible for giving wireless connection across Mumbai. It is very important to have a dedicated support team for the customers because they are paying the high amount.Unfortunately, they don’t have any dedicated customer care for QUERIES and Information. The Airnet Internet provided two numbers +91 22 22641053 and 9664028311.+91-22-22641053: This is the number of the accountant, and the person does not have enough information about the services, packages, and cost etc. When we have questioned about packages and other details the representative said that it’s not part of their work to answer.9664028311: When we have asked about this number, then they have told us to use this when we have complaints. Then where do we have to go for enquires and information? This is a personal number of the owner for sure.Overall, the customer care is a FLOP, and you will have a bigger problem with Airnet Internet because they don’t seem that responsible to us.
Airnet wireless broadband priceThe Airnet internet follows the competition and demand in the region, so they are offering attractive offers on annual plans. If you subscribe to their annual package, then there will be no installation charges.Unfortunately, there is no record or the company has not mentioned anything about installation charges. If you consider the network nature, then it is wireless. Usually, cable Internet provider charges you Installation charges because the wire used and the modem configured in your location comes at a price. The Cable ISP’s cannot take Rs.3000 to Rs.4000 on their tab because they already make fewer profits out of the packages. That is the reason why many ISP’s charges you for the Installation charges.Airnet Internet does charge the customer’s Installation charge, but they cannot tell you the exact figure because the engineers who visit your house for the installation will decide the charges. The charges based on the cable size and modem installed. The estimated charge is between Rs.2000 to Rs.4000.

Plans

Airnet wireless broadband availabilityAirnet Internet broadband is available all over Mumbai, but they are available outside of the Mumbai. First, you have to call the number the company provided; then they will call the local ISP provider or cable TV network to give you a connection.A representative will reach your place by the end of the day; then you have to make the payment. The very next or on a business day, you will get the connection. They are available all over Mumbai, so you don’t have to worry about the availability.
Airnet wireless broadband speedEvery cable broadband is trying to impress a new customer by Speed, FUP, and Fiber cable connection. There’s no doubt that speed is the first eye-catching point of every new customer, but the speed is quite lower than the cable connection. The highest speed the Airnet Internet is offering 2MBPS, but there is no FUP, which makes it a little reasonable. If you download the 100GB file, then it does not have any effect on the FUP.In 2MBPS speed, you get the download speed between 326KBPS to 347KBPS maximum, only if you are using Internet download manager. It takes 2.3 minutes to complete 100MB file download.
Airnet Wireless Broadband connectionWe have confirmed with the company regarding the connection types so that you can get accurate information on it.WIFI: Yes, they install a WIFI router nearby your house that lets you access Internet seamlessly.Fibre: There will be a cable used to create a connection between the WIFI router, and it is fiber, we have confirmed it.
We are going to rate the company worth, so you can decide if you should be paying Rs.1899 for 2MBPS wireless connection or not. One: They operate locally, which means, they use local Cable TV provider or ISP provider for connection and repair. If your local cable operator or ISP provider is lazy and irresponsible, then you will suffer badly. Two: The packages are pretty high in price when compared to the quality.Three: We don’t see a point of having a wireless connection when you cannot access it outside of your house. You can get a cable connection, then add WIFI router to it, then you can have higher speed + no FUP plan under Rs.1200. We are using Cable Internet connection + Wifi router for two years, and we had only one problem in the past.Paying Rs.1899 month for home wireless connection is quite useless in our opinion. Contact the Airnet broadband and ask them if they assure to provide wireless connection outside of your house.

Difference between Wireless, DSL, Optical Fiber:
It wouldn’t come as a surprise that consumers cannot tell the difference between DSL, Optic Fiber, and Wireless connections. There’s no shame in not knowing about it because life is a learning process.

Wireless: Currently, many ISP are offering Wireless connections in urban cities to the consumers. The Internet Service Provider eliminates the cable, and he provides you access to the Wifi Internet that router installed near to your house. There are few ISP, who let you use WIFI installed in stores, restaurants, shopping malls, and any place where XXX ISP added their routers in India. The company provides you Login with a password; then you can use it anywhere in India.

DSL: DSL full form is Digital subscriber line, which is the first line that enabled Internet connection possible in India. The DSL connections are spread throughout India, which covers urban cities to villages. The downside of the DSL connection is speed, and 15MBPS is the final Internet speed DSL can offer.

Fiber Optic:Optical Fiber is the next generation technology of DSL. You can say that it is an improved version of DSL, where the Optical Fiber cut the cost to 25% and the maximum speed Fiber can offer is 100MBPS. The downside of Optical Fiber connections is that the infrastructure is limited to urban cities only. While DSL connections are throughout India, so it’s going to take a long time to replace DSL with Optical Fiber.

How we rate Broadband services:
We have mentioned that our reviews come from old customers or existing customer’s feedback and the complaints. We gather data from reputed websites, where customers add their feedback to tell the world about their experience with the ISP. We gather multiple reviews from various sources, then combine them to rate the ISP. Other things go into rating factor like Plans, Price to value, Customer support response, and Problem-solving capacity as well. We follow a pattern that helps us rate the ISP based on their performance and customer feedback. We consider every point, then note down the advantages and downside of the ISP, then we rate them accordingly.
