The company that operates Aero Broadband is TamanaWinet Pvt Ltd, who have registered the company under the Department of Telecommunication (DOT) Government of India. In short, they are recognized by the Indian authorities and eligible to offer the services to the customers.

In the Aero Broadband Review, we have to look at the service and support offered by the official team. After using broadband services for a long time, we have concluded that no broadband customer can survive without effective customer support. The support team comes in handy when we have disconnections and technical issues.
Services: Aero Internet is available for home, office and small businesses. The company does not care about the custom package selection or the infrastructure and more. You can subscribe wired connection (broadband), wireless connection, and campus WI-FI connection. You can read the Aero service reviews and Google the term to read real customers reviews.
Support: Aero Broadband Review is incomplete without information on customer support. Fortunately, the management offers three separate numbers to contact the authorities. In case, if you have any issues, then you can contact them in multiple ways.
We did not test the call quality, response quality and information provided by the contact person. We implore you to call them for a query for language quality, response quality, and information as well.

Many Internet broadband companies have come forward with an interesting price to package. We are going to look at the plans & price of the Aero Broadband, and then compare it with the alternative solutions. Do not confuse aeronet broadband plans with Aero broadband.
Unlimited Wired Broadband:
The provider did not mention the pricing of wired broadband connections, and we could not find it anywhere on the official site. I believe that they are focusing more on unlimited wireless broadband than wired connections.
In the Wireless packages, we have three types of packages that offer different speed like 5 MBPS plan, 10 MBPS plan, and a 2 MBPS special plan.
Starting Package: The starting speed 5 MBPS offers 15 GB data, and after the limit exceeds, then the download speed downgrades to 1 MBPS connection.
Mid-range Package: The mid-range package offers 5 MBPS download speed with 100 GB data. After the data exceeds the limit, then the download speed downgrades to 1 MBPS.
Highest Package: The different would come in the data 200 GB, and rest is the same.
The second package offers 10 MBPS download speed, and it offers different data with pricing as well.
Starting Package: The entry-level 10 MBPS download speed offers 30 GB data, and the downgrade speed is 1 MBPS.
Mid-range Package: The mid-range package offers 100 GB data, and the rest is the same.
Highest Package: The data 200 GB per month and downgrade download speed is 2 MBPS on this package.
Special Package: The special wireless broadband download speed is 2 MBPS with unlimited data.

Difference between Wireless, DSL, Optical Fiber: It wouldn’t come as a surprise that consumers cannot tell the difference between DSL, Optic Fiber, and Wireless connections. There’s no shame in not knowing about it because life is a learning process.
Wireless:Currently, many ISP are offering Wireless connections in urban cities to the consumers. The Internet Service Provider eliminates the cable, and he provides you access to the Wifi Internet that router installed near to your house. There are few ISP, who let you use WIFI installed in stores, restaurants, shopping malls, and any place where XXX ISP added their routers in India. The company provides you Login with a password; then you can use it anywhere in India.
DSL:DSL full form is Digital subscriber line, which is the first line that enabled Internet connection possible in India. The DSL connections are spread throughout India, which covers urban cities to villages. The downside of the DSL connection is speed, and 15MBPS is the final Internet speed DSL can offer.
Fiber Optic:Optical Fiber is the next generation technology of DSL. You can say that it is an improved version of DSL, where the Optical Fiber cut the cost to 25% and the maximum speed Fiber can offer is 100MBPS. The downside of Optical Fiber connections is that the infrastructure is limited to urban cities only. While DSL connections are throughout India, so it’s going to take a long time to replace DSL with Optical Fiber.
How we rate Broadband services: We have mentioned that our reviews come from old customers or existing customer’s feedback and the complaints. We gather data from reputed websites, where customers add their feedback to tell the world about their experience with the ISP. We gather multiple reviews from various sources, then combine them to rate the ISP. Other things go into rating factor like Plans, Price to value, Customer support response, and Problem-solving capacity as well. We follow a pattern that helps us rate the ISP based on their performance and customer feedback. We consider every point, then note down the advantages and downside of the ISP, then we rate them accordingly.
